How do I know which size to buy?

Sizing can feel unnecessarily complicated, so we've created a range of helpful size guides to help you find your perfect fit.

The item that I wanted has been discontinued, what should I do?

We tend to sell out of an item completely before we take it off of our website. However, if you are trying to track down something specific, email us with a photo of the item you are trying to match and describe it in as much detail as possible (as you can imagine, we've racked up a long list of products over the last 170 years, and describing towels and sheets verbally can be tricky business). We'll do our best to match it for you.

What payment methods does Christy accept?

We offer secure debit and credit card payments from providers including Visa, Master Card, and American Express, as well as PayPal and Klarna.

How do I use a discount code?

Please enter your code in the "Discount code" box on the checkout page and click the "Apply" button. Discount codes cannot be used with any other offer or loyalty points.

How do I use a gift card?

What is Klarna?

Klarna is a Swedish payment provider that makes it easy for you to split your payment into 3 interest-free instalments (subject to certain conditions). Read more about paying with Klarna here.

Orders

Can I add to an order that has already been placed?

Unfortunately, no. We don't store your payment details after you've checked out, so we are unable to add anything to your order afterwards. For additional purchases, you need to place a second order.

How do I check the status of an order?

You'll receive confirmation when an order is dispatched. If your order doesn't arrive in the specified time frame, please email info@christy.co.uk and we'll update you with your order status.

How do I cancel an existing order?

Please write an email to info@christy.co.uk or call 01613675800 to cancel your order as soon as possible. We aim for a same-day dispatch on all of our orders, so the sooner you let us know, the better, as we can stop it leaving our warehouse. If your order is already on the way, we ask that you follow our returns policy, which you can begin here.

Delivery

Do you offer international delivery?

No, at present we only ship to the mainland UK and the Channel Islands, though we encourage you to email info@christy.co.uk for advice on international stockists and trade accounts.

How will my order be delivered?

We use a variety of couriers for delivery. This allows us to select the best service based on the size of your order and your delivery address. We also offer our customers across the UK a convenient Click & Collect service in conjunction with our partner, Evri, which you can find out more about on our Shipping page.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free standard shipping for all orders over £50, and free express shipping on all orders over £150. You can read more about our shipping options here.

What should I do if I haven't received any tracking information?

First, check your Christy account to make sure your order has been processed. Next, have a look in your spam folder, as our emails can occasionally get stuck there. If you still haven't received anything, please email us at info@christy.co.uk and we'll ensure your tracking is sent out as soon as possible.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your returns policy?

We have a 14 day returns policy for most of our products, though some of our products are final sale for hygiene reasons. You can read full returns policy here.

How do I return an item?

We offer free returns with Evri. Please follow the returns process, which you can find here.

Can I return part of my order?

Yes, you may return part of your Christy order. Please read our returns policy for details on how to send back your items. If you need help arranging the return, please contact info@christy.co.uk.

How do I exchange my order?

We only offer exchanges for faulty products. Please get in touch with us at info@christy.co.uk to arrange an exchange. If you'd like to exchange your order for another reason, you have to return your initial purchase and reorder.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we have your order back in our warehouse and have processed it, you should receive your refund within 7 days.

Packaging

Is Christy's packaging recyclable?

- Our bed linens are packed in cloth bags, which can be used for storing your linens at home or repurposed in other ways.

- All card used in our packaging is FSC certified and accepted by most domestic recycling facilities. Read more about FSC here.

- Our transit bags are now made of 100% recycled material and are recyclable.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes, we offer gift wrapping for a small additional fee. If you would like your order gift wrapped please select this option at check out.

Trade & Wholesale

How do I apply for a trade account?

Email us at info@christy.co.uk to discuss opening a trade account.

How do I get a VAT invoice for my order?

Please email us at info@christy.co.uk quoting your order number or submit the same information using our contact us form and we will contact you within 24 hours.

The Mill Shop
